Sargodha

Sargodha (Punjabi, Urdu: سرگودها‎) is a city and the administrative centre of Sargodha Division located in the Punjab province, Pakistan. Sargodha is the 14th most populated metropolitan area in Pakistan. Sargodha is located in the north-east of Pakistan. It is known as Pakistan's best citrus-producing area[citation needed]. Sargodha is one of the few planned cities in Pakistan, the other being Gwadar, Jauharabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad and Islamabad[citation needed]. Pakistan's largest airbase, PAF Base Mushaf (formerly PAF Base Sargodha), is situated in Sargodha and hosts the headquarters of the Pakistan Air Force's Central Air Command.
